With donations to charities and full-time Christian workers, there are several ways by which you can give and get tax relief (worth roughly an extra 28%). There are some organisations who can manage this for all charities, churches and/or full-time Christian workers. Here are some of them.

CAF run a charity account which you can pay into, claim the tax-back and then write cheques/vouchers to any charity from that account.

US tax deductible donations to missionaries can be made through EquipNet, a 501C3 non-profit organization. They charge 5%, plus if people pay by credit card then its 3% for MasterCard/Visa, or 3.5% for American Express.
Effective giving, effective receiving. An Impact Giving Charity Account for Christians enables donors to give more and beneficiaries to receive more, both with minimum administration.
WOM can process US donations for individual missionaries or organisations and pay them direct into your bank account. They charge 10% and provide detailed reports and tax deductible receipts.
