We’re looking for a customer-facing team of 3 to join our Tea Cottage for 3–6 months over the summer. Whether you’ve worked in a café before or are simply eager to learn, we would love to invite you into community life. Your days will involve a mix of rhythms including prayer, shared meals, worship, discipleship and daily life in community, alongside welcoming guests, serving cream teas and learning how to run a beautiful tea cottage café with warmth and excellence!
Food, accommodation, training, weekly allowance and toiletries are all provided; we simply ask for a friendly face, a willingness to learn, and a love for Jesus and community living.
If you’re longing for a summer filled with purpose, prayer and plenty of tea, we would love to hear from you.
