Audio-Visual Coordinator

Join the Worship & Production Team at Lee Abbey!

Come and be an essential part of worship and production at Lee Abbey! We’re looking for someone passionate about helping create excellent worship experiences and encounters with God. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Worship Leader to mix live sound and oversee video and lighting for our retreat and worship sessions.

You will be responsible for all aspects of live sound and visual production, including equipment maintenance, development, and helping train others to serve in these areas. You’ll be part of a supportive team alongside our musicians and directly with our Worship Leader.

This role is split between two mornings a week in the House Team, with the remainder of your time dedicated to production work. Some experience is preferred, but we are more than happy to train you on-site!

This is a one year volunteer position that includes free food and accommodation, plus a weekly allowance.
