Hospitality Volunteer

At Frontier Centre, Rock UK has a volunteer programme which accepts local & international placements for either 8 or 12 months, starting in January and September, but can be flexible. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and are typically up to 28 years old.

This is an amazing opportunity to offer your services to work as part of a busy team of Christian young people, to grow in faith and spiritual understanding and to experience different cultures and denominations. Living as part of a Christian community can be a lot of fun and fellowship with friends is an important part of the experience. It is not always easy and can be challenging at times, but it will always be hugely rewarding.

Working hours are around 37.5 hours a week on our Hospitality Team. Accommodation and food are provided.

As a Christian charity we want to encourage all volunteers to grow in their Christian faith. Volunteers are expected to be committed to the centre’s Christian fellowship and will have regular Bible studies (in English) on centre as well as the opportunity to worship and get involved with a local church.

We also offer the Cambridge English Assessment which we can book you onto a test and some english lessons will focus on preparing for the test where possible.
