Key responsibilities
Developing and supporting community members in all aspects of community life and in their walk with God
Handling recruitment activities for new community members (including visa applications), volunteers and sabbatical requests
Planning team rotas to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the community and its ministry to our guests
Full involvement in all aspects of the spiritual life of Scargill, in sympathy with its vision and values
Continuing professional development training will be available to help grow knowledge and skills.
Accommodation and full board are provided, alongside a monthly allowance and pension contribution.
This is a 3-year full-time residential role open to candidates who have the right to work in the UK.
