House Team Leader

Lee Abbey

Could you be our next House Team Leader?

We are looking for a gifted leader who can inspire and motivate others in a diverse multicultural environment. Applicants should be able to take initiative and possess excellent organisational skills. Clear communication is vital for this role, as the team includes those from overseas, where English is not their first language. Fostering a positive, supportive environment and maintaining a high level of morale and enthusiasm within the House Team is very important.

Previous experience in housekeeping is desirable but not essential as you will be stepping into a well-established role and cleaning routine. What is more important is a love for people and an ability to lead a team well.

As a member of the community, you will take an active role in the worship, creative and serving aspects of community life, and have the opportunity to explore and use your God-given gifts.

All Community members receive full board, accommodation, and an allowance. We are currently able to offer this role to a single person or married couple.

Being House Team Leader is a wonderful position and extremely rewarding. Please enquire now to find out more and let us know if it would be helpful to have a chat with the current House Team Leader.

Applications will be considered on or before 30 September 2026.
