IT Support Technician

Global Intersections

This vibrant, innovative organisation seeks to connect need with resources globally. The full time team consists of approximately 60 people from almost 20 nations.

You will:

  • Respond to helpdesk requests (logins, printing, connectivity issues)

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems

  • Support and maintain over 100 Windows PCs and related infrastructure

  • Gain a broad understanding of our technical environment

This role require a minimum commitment of 6–12 months and offers:
