TeachBeyond opened its Global Centre in Horsham in 2015. Its function is to co-ordinate the strategic planning of worldwide operations between our various independent, but related national partner charities.
The roots of TeachBeyond go back 60 years to post World War II evangelism and discipleship activities in Germany in the 1950s.

More than 1000 people are currently serving with TeachBeyond in over 70 countries.
TeachBeyond is registered in more than 25 countries including the UK, Canada, USA, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, and the DRC. Our partners provide educational services in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia.
We partner with national and international schools from pre-school up to University level in formal education settings as well as in various informal settings such as language camps.
TeachBeyond was set up as a new registered company in March 2014 and received confirmation of its charitable status (Reg. No. 1156766) in April 2014. TeachBeyond is licensed to sponsor workers from overseas. It is a member of OSCAR - the UK information service for world mission.
The Global Centre in Horsham provides inspiration, through benchmarking and highlighting examples of good practice for others to follow as well as identifying pitfalls to avoid. It is developing into a resourcing global centre of excellence to enable our partnering charities to benefit from its pooled knowledge and better access to funding sources.
TeachBeyond Global Centre is a group of well-trained, professional staff in Horsham and they use their skills to support local churches, schools, and educational initiatives while they carry on their responsibilities to lead educational services abroad.
The TeachBeyond Global Centre in Horsham is becoming the hub of activity worldwide communicating with related partner organisations through different countries. One project alone can involve twenty or more people from different countries. We intend to shorten the implementation time and improve dialogue to facilitate effective and quality communication between those involved across various nations.
