Share English Clubs Coordinator

Reach Beyond

Help people find their voice and discover hope

Share English is more than just learning a language. It’s about breaking down barriers, building friendships, and opening doors to new opportunities. Our English conversation clubs (both in-person and online) are safe, welcoming spaces where learners can improve their English, discover different cultures, challenge perceptions, explore faith, and connect with people who care.

For some learners, English skills lead to new jobs or education. For others, they bring freedom from isolation and loneliness. Beyond the clubs, our vibrant online community engages thousands of learners every week, giving us countless opportunities to share ideas, stories, and the message of God’s love.

We are looking for a Share English Club Coordinator to help grow and support this life-changing ministry across the UK. This is a volunteer role - but one with eternal impact.

What you’ll do

  • Inspire & equip leaders – recruit, train, and mentor Share English Club leaders across the UK.
  • Grow the movement – encourage and support the launch of new clubs.
  • Develop great resources – work with the global Share English team to create engaging training materials and curriculum.
  • Network & promote – connect with mission agencies, churches, and ministries that could benefit from Share English.
  • Lead by example – run your own Share English Club, modelling excellence and hospitality.

What you’ll bring

  • A passion for Reach Beyond’s vision, mission and projects.
  • Experience working with and supporting volunteers.
  • Great people skills: you love communicating, networking, and inspiring others.
  • Confidence to work independently, taking initiative and responsibility.
  • Experience in project development and delivery.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to promote Share English at events.
  • Able to raise your own support or be self-funded.
  • Agreement with Reach Beyond's Statement of Faith

Why join us?

  • Make a difference – empower people to thrive in life, work, and community.
  • Build friendships – connect with leaders, learners, and partners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Grow in your calling – develop your leadership, training, and cross-cultural ministry skills.
  • Be part of something bigger – play a role in reaching the unreached and sharing the hope of Jesus.

The hours are 15–20 per week (flexible) and you can work remotely with occasional travel within the UK. Expenses will be paid.

If your heart beats for mission, language, and life transformation, we’d love to hear from you.
