EMF exists to support gospel proclamation across Europe – the world’s least Christian continent. We do this by building partnerships with local workers, to plant, strengthen and equip local churches, for God’s glory.
EMF wishes to appoint a Mission Director. With the Lord’s blessing, this role will be key to the ongoing nurturing and increase of gospel work across Europe. The Mission Director will lead the organisation to provide direction and vision for the work, to be the public face of EMF, and to give pastoral support to those engaged in the work of mission.
We have invested in a capable and committed staff team. The senior leadership team (comprising the Field Director, the Church Partnership Director, the Operations Director, and the Communications and Engagement Manager) reports directly to the Mission Director. The Mission Director is supported by and is accountable to the EMF Trustees.
This is a full-time role, as part of the remote-working HQ team.
