Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is an organisation using light aircraft to deliver help, hope and healing in developing countries. MAF transports patients, relief workers, produce and medical supplies to the world’s remotest regions and places of deepest human need – places where flying is not a luxury but a lifeline.
One of the countries we serve is Madagascar. It is the fourth largest island in the world but is also one of the poorest - nearly half the children under 5 are malnourished. The country also has to withstand tropical cyclones, causing destructive floods and poor roads. The Malagasy people have limited access to healthcare.
Join Mission Aviation Fellowship International (MAFI) and play a pivotal role in achieving our vision in Madagascar. The Deputy Country Director is responsible for supporting the Country Director in realising MAF’s mission, values, and ministry plan. This includes fostering strategic alliances, ensuring operational and financial stewardship, and caring for the wellbeing of our team
