Community Team Members across various teams

Do you hear the Lord calling you to live in Community?

Look no further, as Scargill Movement are seeking new team members to join Scargill's International Community in our rhythm of prayer, hospitality, and lots of fun, to help us fulfil our calling as a Christian to community.

You enter into an apprenticeship in discipleship centred around a call to community & hospitality.

• You will be working alongside other Community Members within one or two teams, under the guidance of a team leader.
• As part of our focus on hospitality you will play an integral role in teams that join guests for meals, support programmed events, lead prayers and have an active role in the evening social events.

 Can you offer any of these skills or have a willingness to learn?

• Administration/ Personnel
• Catering/cooking
• Domestic/cleaning work
• Estate work/forestry/gardening
• Maintenance/plumbing/electrical/building
• Music worship
• Youth & children's work

Would you like to experience the following?

• Offering hospitality to others
• Working with those from different cultures and backgrounds
• Living a life of faith, centred around prayer

In our flexible and dynamic life together, we are seeking a variety of community members to join our teams. Experience would be beneficial but not essential, with some roles leading to positions of responsibility in time. We will prayerfully consider all applications.

These are not salaried positions, but you will receive accommodation, all your meals, wifi access and a monthly personal allowance.
