Salary: £16,200 - £18,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 3 days per week

Salisbury Baptist Church is a welcoming, evangelical church in the heart of the beautiful Cathedral City of Salisbury and we are looking to appoint a Children’s and Families worker.

We are passionate about helping people of all ages know Jesus, grow as disciples and serve our communities. We seek to be 'Christ in the Community' through worship, discipleship, outreach and practical service, creating an accessible church where people of every age and background can belong and flourish.

You will lead and develop ministry amongst children from birth to Year 6 and support families and carers in their journey of faith. You will build strong relationships across the church, local schools and the wider community. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next generation of disciples.

·       Builds positive relationships with children, parents and volunteers.

·       Is creative, organised and enthusiastic.

·       Has a heart for discipleship and outreach.
