Youth Work Abroad

Have you ever considered doing youth work abroad as a means to reach the unreached? Youth are one of the most open demographic groups in the world towards the gospel. We have opportunities for youth leadership development specialists, leading church youth groups, youth outreach, university student outreach, and discipleship.

Pioneers is a global mission agency serving in 85 countries reaching 440 people groups through 480 teams with more than 3,000 members. There are youth work opportunities that await you in Central Asia, Europe, South Asia, East Asia and South-East Asia.

You will be supported by Pioneers team members on the field, and our UK member care team. We will also guide you through the pre-field preparation process.

You will be required to raise your own financial support as a missionary.
