Rooted (for Men) - an adventure filled weekend retreat

Our Rooted for Men retreat will involve lots of activities, food, and banter, as well as time to explore what the Christian faith looks like in our everyday lives.

You will be able to challenge yourself physically and mentally with a choice of extreme activities or take it a little easier with something less extreme like a walk down to our local coffee shop in Nethy Bridge. The weekend will be designed so that you get what you come looking for.

The weekend:

• A range of adventurous outdoor activities - previously including gorge walking, mountain biking, hillwalking, canoeing or kyaking, paddleboarding, and bushcraft
• Optional cold water survival plunge
• Abernethy's very own Highalnd Games - with the chance to be immortalised on our champions salver
• Outdoor worship and personal testimonies
• Talks from our guest speaker
• a generous BBQ Feast
• Use of our swimming pool, tennis court and other facilities
