Cross-Cultural Communication Skills workshop

Run by High Meadow Retreat

Does effective cross-cultural communication require training?
Many people assume that navigating cultural differences is simply a matter of experience, intuition and the ability to adapt. While these qualities are valuable, understanding what lies beneath perceived differences is equally important.
Without this awareness, cross-cultural interactions can easily lead to misunderstanding, frustration and missed opportunities for collaboration. With greater cultural awareness and sensitivity, however, differences can become an opportunity for learning, stronger relationships and more effective teamwork.
This practical and interactive workshop will provide a framework for understanding culture and help you develop greater confidence and flexibility when communicating across cultural boundaries.
