The Gospel of the Kingdom is no longer the central teaching of the Church. This book addressed this abdication by demonstrating from Genesis to Revelation that the primary, unifying theme of the whole Bible is the King and His Kingdom. It stresses the need to recover Christ's "Great Kingdom Commission" (often diluted to a gospel of salvation only), our God-given kingship, and a Kingdom vision and voice in communicating and demonstrating the radical message of God's Kingdom. While many Christians wait for Jesus to return, He is waiting for each generation to join Him in establishing His Kingdom on Earth.
