Educare is an email newsletter published 4 times a year (January, March, June, September) and covers a wide range of third culture issues from preparation of children for cross-cultural living to re-entry to the passport country, boarding to home schooling and much more. It is available free of charge on request.
Editor, Steve Bryant, also produces 3 CDs of resources available to purchase at £3 each (including P&P). They are:

  • TCK Education & Welfare (2010) - a comprehensive guide to education and welfare issues when taking children into cross-cultural situations. This contains just about everything from pre-departure preparation to re-entry, home education to boarding and much more.
  • The Next Chapter (2010) - a guide to re-entry for younger children. This has a section for parents with all of the essential information about re-entry, plus an activity book for children up to about 12 or 13.
  • Into all the World.....With Children (2011) - a guide to preparing children for cross-cultural living. There are sections for parents and sending agencies, plus a wide range of colourful activity sheets and ideas to help prepare children of all ages.
