YouthCompass serves internationally mobile teens and their families by providing Christian adult role models and resources to assist them in navigating life.

YouthCompass engages the international community on multiple levels. In cities around the world, staff and volunteers create supportive communities for teens living outside their home cultures, promoting an open dialogue on faith and identity. On a regional level, YouthCompass partners with the corporate, diplomatic, educational and faith communities to raise the level of support for expatriate families on assignment. YC also promotes a culture of service and leadership through its annual humanitarian relief projects, mobilizing hundreds of teens and volunteers to address poverty and human suffering.

The YouthCompass Global Network links students, parents, staff, supporters, volunteers and board members as they circulate the globe or return "home." Through this network, YC provides connections, resources and education for those supporting internationally mobile teens.

The sons and daughters of international businessmen, diplomats and government officials, missionaries and military leaders are growing up in English-speaking international schools around the world. The cross-cultural experiences of their childhood, the influential positions of their parents, and the caliber of their peers, prepare many of these young people to be international leaders in the areas of government, business, charity and the arts. What sort of leaders will they be?

If we want to see selfless global leaders of integrity in our world tomorrow, we must mentor and equip them today.
