Christian Mindfulness looks specifically at mindfulness from a Christian and biblical perspective. The aim is to provide a resource to help Christians grow spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Mindfulness is now a recommended treatment by the UK National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence.
Christian Contemplation explores contemplative and meditative practices which are part of biblical teaching and the rich heritage of the church. This course explores deeper into theological and spiritual formation practices.
