GARDENING & MAINTENANCE TRAINER
Supervise and be involved in general maintenance of all buildings and gardens on the campus at Cornerstone, WEC's missionary training college in Beugen. You will maintain the landscape and mow the lawns; monitor the health of trees, prune and care for shrubbery; plant and weed flowerbeds and vegetable plot; Clean, repair and maintain garden equipment and machinery; treat pests and diseased plants; keep the college campus tidy. You will have opportunities to coach and mentor these students from various cultural, church, educational and professional backgrounds, as they train and prepare to serve God cross-culturally. You will teach them simple gardening or farming skills to prepare them for adapting to rural living abroad. You will live and work on campus participating in communal worship and meals.

COLLEGE KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Come to join the college kitchen team with food preparation and cooking for our staff and students. Cornerstone is WEC's European Bible College for mission near Beugen. Christians and their families come from many countries to benefit from our academic and practical training for cross-cultural ministry. You will assist our Kitchen Manager with the food preparation, purchasing provisions, and other duties related to providing a main meal for around 80 people each weekday. You will be responsible for cooking some of the main meals for around 80-100 covers per sitting throughout the school year. You will be expected to participate in regular morning worship services on campus, pastoral care groups and weekly ministry teams serving the local community and sharing the Christian faith. Typical activities might be prison ministry, refugee ministry, children's and youth clubs, international cafes, international student ministry, community events or English teaching.

CHILDCARE SUPERVISOR
Cornerstone cross-cultural training college runs a childcare facility meeting the needs of pre-school children of students and residential staff who come from across Europe to study and work. The childcare centre is open weekday mornings and Wednesday and Friday afternoons, which allows the college staff and students who are parents to participate fully in the study programme. A typical session involves independent play, a story time and singing, craft activities, and playing outside in our safe spaces. If you come and work at our childcare centre you will be supervising and training our volunteers and be responsible for around ten children of families from around the world, who will be preparing to serve elsewhere. You will take responsibility to be the primary contact person with parents and guardians.
