Children's Summer Camp Volunteers 2025
Volunteer with WEC Camps under canvas, give young people of all backgrounds (aged 9-17) a life-changing experience, using a strong Christian ethos, Bible teaching, a world focus and lots of fun in the outdoors. The dates for adult volunteers: Week A is 26 July-2 August 2025, and Week B is 2-9 August 2025, which includes onsite training. (UK visas will not be sponsored by WEC Camps.)
CAMP TENT LEADERS
Join us in the summer of 2025 as an adult leader of young people (aged 13-17) or children (aged 9-13). Lead by example, as you camp under canvas on fields near the coast. As a tent leader, your role will be to supervise a group of our young campers, but also to get to know them, answer their questions, help them to share their spiritual journey, and encourage them in their walk of faith at home and at school. WEC Camps aim to give young people of all backgrounds a life-changing experience. The camps have a strong Christian ethos, combining Bible teaching, a world focus and lots of good fun including time on the beach.

CAMP KITCHEN STAFF
Join a team of WEC Camps staff preparing meals at our camp for children and young people under canvas on fields near the coast. WEC Camps aim to give young people of all backgrounds a life-changing experience. The Teen Camp (13-17) and Warrior Camp (9-13) both have a strong Christian ethos, combining Bible teaching, a world mission focus and lots of good fun. Help out with other tasks like doing cleaning, teaching craft or sewing, organising outdoor sports and games, cover life guarding or other security duties, first aid, administration or maintenance.

CAMPSITE SET-UP HELPERS
Serve WEC Camps as part of the set-up team last week of July, preparing one of two campsites on fields near the coast. The two weeks of WEC Camps aim to give children and young people of all backgrounds a life-changing experience. Preparation week jobs may include: putting up tents and marquees, installing power supply to relevant areas of site, setting up and plumbing kitchen area. Helpers are also needed to assist in packing up from 10 August.
