60% of Africa’s population are under 18 and account for a quarter of the world’s children and youth! MA, alongside our Nigerian mission partners recognises the strategic need to evangelise and disciple this ever growing number of young souls. This is an opportunity for an individual or couple to partner with local churches and ministries to encourage and develop discipleship.

You must have a burden and passion not only for discipleship among young people but also a strong conviction that all ministry you engage with must be alongside the Nigerian Church and for the glory of God.

It is essential that you have a true and maturing relationship with Jesus Christ, a clear understanding of the Gospel and a willingness to serve. Experience in youth work and discipleship is essential while cross-cultural experience is desirable as training will be provided.
