Partner Link

We're looking for volunteers to act as Partner Links, serving as the main point of contact between Operation Agri and one or more of our overseas partner organisations.

This flexible role involves building relationships, sharing updates, helping to review project reports and budgets, and supporting trustees in understanding the work, impact, and financial stewardship of our partners. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to newsletters, prayer requests, website updates, and other communications.

Our partners are involved in a wide range of life-changing projects, including sustainable agriculture, education, healthcare, community development, and livelihood support.

We currently have opportunities to link with partners involved in the following countries and projects:

• Zambia - training farmers to make organic fertilisers from locally available materials, improving soil health and crop yields while promoting sustainable land management practices that reduce deforestation, land degradation, and pollution.
• Malawi - equipping subsistence farmers with sustainable farming and composting techniques that improve food security, increase incomes, and help communities adapt to climate change.
• Uganda - helping subsistence farming families increase yields and improve food security through conservation agriculture, improved crop varieties, and better animal husbandry practices.
• Uganda - equipping adult women and men with literacy, numeracy, and small business skills, with opportunities to progress from learning in the local language to studying English.

We're looking for people who:

• Support Operation Agri's Christian vision and values
• Are actively involved in a local church
• Have good communication and basic IT skills
• Have an interest in international development and mission
• Can offer a couple of hours per week on average, working from home
