Ministry Opportunity Regional Catalyst – Disciple-Making Project (DMP)

• Location: Various regions across the UK and Ireland
• Hours: 8 hours per week, flexible, working from home
• Salary: £5,500 per year (equivalent to £27,500 FTE)
• Contract: Fixed term (3-year project, funded until 2028)

The Disciple-Making Project (DMP) is a growing initiative committed to building communities of everyday youth disciple-makers across the UK.

Our Action Teams—volunteer-led, youth leader, missional communities—are the primary vehicle for spreading this movement in local regions.

This new investment in Regional Catalysts is a key next step in supporting, strengthening, and multiplying these teams nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and multiply volunteer-led Action Teams annually to fuel disciple-making in your region
• Champion the vision of the DMP, inspiring and equipping others to engage
• Facilitate regular Action Team meetings to encourage momentum and growth
• Coordinate one in-person regional gathering per year to deepen relationships and strengthen networks

Who You Are

• A committed disciple-maker with first-hand experience and a passion for volunteer-led mission
• A relational leader who influences and facilitates change through others—just as Jesus did
• Someone with strong people skills ('high woo factor') who can gather, motivate, and retain people in mission
• Organised and proactive, able to lead and multiply teams
• Strategic and visionary, eager to see regional transformation through disciple-making
• Currently residing within the UK and Ireland
