The Opportunity

This is a growth role with a clear path into sales.

You’ll work directly with the Ministry Director, supporting and developing relationships with churches and ministries, while building the skills and pipeline needed to progress into a TV Airtime Sales Manager role.

If you’re commercially minded, confident with people, and motivated by both purpose and performance, this role gives you a genuine platform to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

Ministry Engagement & Sales Support

Proactively reach out to churches and ministries to introduce Faith World TV
Generate and qualify new leads within the Christian community
Support airtime sales conversations and bookings
Build and nurture long-term ministry relationships
Attend meetings in-studio and at church locations

Campaigns & Outreach

Plan and execute email campaigns to ministry databases
Build and maintain targeted contact lists
Support outreach strategies to grow the network

Client & Airtime Management

Coordinate airtime bookings with Scheduling and Digital teams
Administer contracts and maintain accurate documentation
Liaise with accounts on invoicing and payments
Track client activity and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Presentations & Proposals

Create professional PowerPoint presentations for prospective ministries
Support pitch development and sales materials

General Office & Team Support

Act as a key contact for internal and external queries
Maintain organised systems and records
Support day-to-day operations within a busy media environment
Using Pipedrive CRM + Sage accounting

Who This Role Is For

This will suit someone who:

Has 1–2+ years in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
Is confident speaking with pastors, church leaders, and organisations
Is proactive and comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out
Has a genuine interest in faith, ministry, or Christian media
Is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Is motivated by results and earning potential

Key Skills & Experience

Essential

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail (contracts, data, payments)
Confident, professional and personable approach
Full and clean driving licence

Desirable

Experience in media, TV, or advertising
Experience working with churches or ministries
CRM or database management experience
Email marketing platforms (e.g. Active Campaign)

About You (Cultural Fit)

We operate within a Christian broadcasting environment and work closely with churches and ministries across the UK and internationally.

You will be comfortable engaging with faith-based organisations, understanding their objectives, and communicating in a way that is respectful, professional, and aligned with their values.

An interest in media, community engagement, or purpose-led organisations will be beneficial.

This is a 100% fully office-based role and requires a proactive, hands-on approach, you will be travelling in between our Colchester office and Barking studios so it’s important you have a clean driving licence and vehicle.

You’ll be expected to engage with ministries, generate opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.

If you’re looking for a quiet admin role, this won’t be the right fit.
