We're looking for a candidate with strong experience in pastoral care, a heart for mission and a love for people. Experience serving in the local church and/or in cross-cultural mission will be a strong advantage.
This role oversees all mission partner personnel related functions within UFM Worldwide and ensures pastoral care is administered appropriately to all mission partners. Responsibilities include:
