FieldPartner is a Texas-registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit entity, operating across several continents and national boundaries. We exist to prepare and strengthen those whom God has called to serve cross-culturally.

Our vision is to see thousands of field workers remain healthy, resilient, and effective in the places where God has called them to serve. We are committed to global partnership, learning from emerging sending nations and walking alongside indigenous mission workers. We believe God’s mission is global, and so is the community that serves it

Around the world, an estimated 425,000 missionaries are serving in cross-cultural contexts, many without the preparation or support needed to sustain long-term ministry. High levels of attrition mean workers often leave the field early for avoidable reasons. FieldPartner responds to this need by equipping and supporting cross-cultural workers with practical tools, trusted relationships, and a growing global reach.FieldPartner also has a separate Chinese language division with whom you would be expected to work as colleagues together, sharing resources and ideas.

Essentials:

• Has a deep Christian faith with a sense of calling to and field experience of global mission
• Leads with cultural humility and a global perspective
• Brings strategic leadership and team-building skills
• Has experience in leading small teams and is happy to lead remotely
• Is a confident communicator and networker
• Is able to foster good donor/supporter relationships
• Is committed to digital platform development
• Is willing to work with other, like-minded agencies and, where required, partner with them.

Preferred:

Is an accomplished platform speaker, competent in financial planning and budget oversight and keeps up with current trends in global missions.
