Crossing Cultures Intern

Get equipped for cross-cultural mission in the UK and beyond. Experience six months of cross-cultural training in the UK alongside experienced missionaries. Through WEC's Crossing-Cultures Internship Programme, you’ll learn to share Jesus with diverse cultures and peoples within immigrant communities. Every month you will spend three weeks perhaps in London, Birmingham or Manchester, working alongside a cross-cultural ministry team and a local church; then one week in the Midlands developing Bible and ministry skills, receiving training and mentoring by experienced WEC cross-cultural trainers.

You are aged 18-24 years old with a right to live and work in the UK. You love the Lord Jesus and want to learn how to live out your Christian faith in multi-cultural Britain. The six-month Crossing-Cultures Internship Programme runs from 6 January 2027. Estimated cost around £1200 for 6 months, including accommodation and travel between venues.
