Willingness to complete the minimum training.

We are looking for a Community Development Project Coordinator who will join a local team to manage clean water and community development projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. You will work closely with local partners, ensuring alignment on project goals and sustainable outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with local partners to identify needs and develop appropriate, sustainable solutions, particularly related to water access and management.
Coaching and training local teams in the operation and maintenance of water systems and other community development initiatives.
Ensuring donor intent is met and managing communication with international partners and stakeholders.
Collecting and reporting both hard and soft data from projects to inform future strategies and fundraising efforts.
Managing project budgets, timelines, and coordination with local and international stakeholders.
Conducting field visits to oversee project implementation and to ensure the quality and sustainability of interventions.

You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between international partners and local communities, ensuring that projects are impactful, contextually appropriate, and sustainable.
