The Coaching Workshop

The workshop is not a lecture. It is practical and interactive, with lots of skills practice built in.

Based on the book, The COACH Model for Leaders, (paid link) this workshop is designed for Christians who are experienced or not-so-experienced in coaching skills.

Over the course of 6 half-days, you will become familiar with the COACH Model® and use it to coach other participants. By the end of the course, you will have the skills and the confidence to use coaching in your work and home contexts.
