Executive Director

Life In Abundance (LIA) is a Christian organisation committed to seeing wholistic, church-led transformation across Africa and the Caribbean. LIA-UK functions as a Ministry Support Office of Life In Abundance International, mobilising prayer, partnerships, and financial resources to support this work globally.

We are now seeking a gifted, Spirit-led leader to serve as Executive Director, providing spiritual, strategic, fund-raising and operational leadership for LIA-UK. This is a full-time role (35 hours per week), reporting to the LIA-UK Board of Trustees, with a close operational relationship to the Life In Abundance International Advancement Office in Nairobi.

At a high level, the Executive Director will:

• Provide visionary leadership and faithful stewardship of LIA-UK’s mission and values
• Lead and grow income across churches, individuals, trusts, and campaigns
• Nurture deep, Christ-centred relationships with UK church and strategic partners
• Oversee donor care, communications, campaigns, and partner engagement
• Ensure strong governance, financial accountability, and regulatory compliance
• Represent Life In Abundance UK across the UK church, mission, and charity landscape

The role requires a leader who combines missional conviction, relational strength, and organisational competence, and who is deeply committed to serving the Kingdom of God through prayerful, values-driven leadership.
