I am an experienced Counsellor (12 years) Coach and Supervisor offering services online (video platform) or by phone to individuals in a range of settings.  The therapeutic approach I utilise is intergrative, meaning that it is informed by a range of psychological theories but further draws upon biblical and theology too.  (I have a PG Diploma (level 7) in Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy and a BA in Theology).  Approaches are bespoke and discussed thoroughly with those worked with to ensure they feel safe whilst working through material (I am also trauma informed).   

My practice has a global reach and I have the privilege of working with clients from a range of ethnic backgrounds and age ranges (I tend to engage with clients from 15 years of age upwards online, but am able to work with younger, if this seems useful and necessary, and following a discussion together).   Those I have worked with come from a range of life settings, inclusive of 'full time ministry', those transitioning into new life settings, and those exploring their life calling/vocation too.  As well as being mixed race, I have worked in a range of cross-cultural situations, and have engaged in short and long term missions situations too. 

Amongst other areas of emotional and mental health that I have experience in, I have a good deal of experience with individuals that are on the Autistic spectrum and people that have been in foster care too.
