HOPE International School, Cambodia
HOPE International School exists to support world missions by providing quality, Christ-centered educational service to families of Christian workers, in Cambodia. With around 350 students, we have over 25 nationalities represented amongst students in Preschool through Grade 12.
At HOPE, we nurture our students' God-given gifts and abilities with programs in music and worship, art and design, sports, technology, and a range of extra-curricular activities to complement their academic studies rooted in an internationally recognized curriculum.
Curriculum and Accreditation
HOPE School offers an international core curriculum compatible with the Australian, New Zealand, North American and United Kingdom education systems. The curriculum is objective led, being based upon clearly defined, progressive learning objectives. Such objectives have been developed using the expertise and experience of teachers from a range of educational backgrounds, in a range of English speaking countries. All disciplines are taught with a biblical worldview.
We are an accredited University of Cambridge International Examination Centre and offer the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE). We are also accredited to offer the International Baccalaureate - Diploma Programme for our Grade 11 and 12 students. HOPE International School is accredited with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
Serving at HOPE
HOPE provides a living allowance, which is enough to cover your rent, utilities and basic daily living expenses. Staff, however, are encouraged to raise extra financial support to meet their individual living standards. Many teachers are also involved in local ministry, churches, and activities throughout Phnom Penh.
