First Rock

First Rock provides Crisis Management, Hostile Environment Training, Security Surveys and Operational Assistance for the Missionary and Faith-based Aid Agency community. We are staffed by former Special Forces & Special Operations personnel who have many years experience of working in conflict zones.

We offer bespoke classroom-based training seminars (3 - 8 hours) plus indoor training and outdoor exercises, ranging from 1 - 6 days, depending on your needs. These courses cover all the essential skills to equip staff or students to survive in a hostile environment. Undertaking this type of training will provide your organisation with peace of mind, cover your duty of care obligation and help prevent litigation.

Further to this we can audit your organisations current security provision, make recommendations, plus help craft Policy Documents (HQ based) and Security/Contingency/Evacuation Plans for field offices and overseas teams.
