TREASURER TO THE SWISS CHURCH LONDON

We are an open, creative and accessible church in the heart of London’s vibrant Covent Garden. Our community programme reaches out to the Swiss colony in London as well as local people and the homeless. It is also a light and spacious place of calm in the centre of the West End, with a superb venue which is available to hire.

Consistoire SCL Trustee Role

The current Consistoire is made of 5 individuals. The following is a summary of the Trustee role as Treasurer. Please note this is a voluntary position. Helping trustees carry out their financial responsibilities, including:

• presenting financial reports to the board in a format that helps the board understand the charity’s financial position
• advising the board on how to carry out its financial responsibilities
• overseeing the preparation and scrutiny of annual accounts
• taking on some of the financial duties including budgeting and preparation of reports.
