Senior Instructor at Frontier Centre

Hours per week: 37.5 hours (including some shift patterns with evening and weekend working required)

Salary: £26,840 per annum plus £5,000 Golden Hello 

We are looking for a Senior Instructor to lead, motivate and develop a team of high quality instructors and trainees, ensuring industry best-practice and excellence in activity training and delivery. As a key member of the centre instructor leadership team, you will be able to clearly communicate our Christian ethos, objectives, mission and vision to staff and guests.

You will need to hold the following qualifications: Rock Climbing Instructor, British Canoeing Coach award – Canoe & Kayak, British Canoeing Moderate Water Leadership Award – Canoe or WWK, Mountain Leader and ideally Archery GB Leader Award (or relevant experience).  For the right candidate, Rock UK will support the continued progression in obtaining any awards listed but not held.
