Senior Employment Lawyer

We are looking for a qualified solicitor with 10 years PQE. You will have significant post-qualification experience as an employment lawyer including managing a caseload of employment matters and dealing directly with clients. You will also be able to apply your faith and Bible/doctrinal knowledge to queries raised by colleagues and clients.

Our employment law work has the potential for substantial growth in demand for our services, but is also an area where our clients face substantial and novel challenges – outside the competence and experience of most lawyers.

As Partner/Senior Associate, you will support the Head of Employment in growing our team and delivering excellent service to a growing and richly diverse client base. You will also manage your own varied and deeply rewarding caseload, directly advancing the gospel through your Christ-centred legal expertise.

This is a full-time and permanent position, based either from home, in our Market Harbourough office or Nottingham Hub.

There is an occupational requirement that the job holder must be a Christian in full agreement with our Basis of Faith.
