Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our esteemed team of educators. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality education in line with the British curriculum, fostering a love for learning and helping students build a strong educational foundation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement engaging lessons in accordance with the British National Curriculum, focusing on core subjects, including English, mathematics, science, and other foundational subjects.
• Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring every student receives appropriate support and challenges.
• Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Parent Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, respect, and a love for learning among students.
• Extracurricular Involvement: Encourage and support students to participate in extracurricular activities, clubs, and events to enhance their overall educational experience.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest educational practices and methodologies. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a relevant field.
• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent teaching certification.
• Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of assessment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and a dedication to student success.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
