Housekeeping Manager (live-in)

Lee Abbey London is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team. You will oversee the efficient running of our Housekeeping Team who provide excellent hospitality and service to our international student residents.
We're looking for a candidate who has a servant’s heart and is flexible, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As Housekeeper you will be highly organized, assertive and willing to work alongside your team and lead by example.
You will need to be comfortable working in a multicultural environment, supporting your diverse team in their duties as well as pastorally. You will demonstrate time management experience and the ability to multi-task and manage a variety of daily activities.
Top Responsibilities:
- Supervise the House Team, and ensure high standards of service
- Ensure the building is clean and welcoming
- Manage budgets
- Manage schedules, calendars, holiday requests and rotas
- Collaborative workingwith other managers
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Deliver training
- Manage the team’s health and safety
Role Requirements:
- An active Christian faith
- Computer literate
