Pastor / Minister

Springwater is a semi-rural church community with a rich, ancient heritage on a creative adventure following Jesus. Our aim is to connect people with Jesus, and connect with each other and with the communities we serve. Currently our little community relates to people at our location and in the surrounding villages through various creative activities, both during the week and at the weekend.

We sense that Springwater is, as the ancients used to say, ‘a thin place’. A place where earth meets heaven, that is rich with the Holy Spirit and where we can all connect with Jesus and each other. We are a community of Jesus followers that are heavily engaged in its local community, that networks with other local churches and with local, national and international organisations.

This is a permanent full-time post but we will also consider a part-time role.

There is an occupational requirement for candidates to be practicing Christians. We do not hold a sponsor licence for the recruitment of ministers of religion, so applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.  They will also need to take part in an enhanced DBS check.
