Operations Coordinator
Do you have a passion for cross-cultural gospel mission? Could you coordinate multiple projects for a growing network of UK and overseas evangelical mission workers?
Do you have excellent relational and administrative abilities with a high level of spoken and written English, good IT skills, and preferably some logistics and publishing experience?
BeaconLight is looking for a gospel-hearted Christian who will be a highly relational, well-organised coordinator for our team and mission partners - facilitating their work and integrating their activities in our network. This will include communication with our team to coordinate their activities which include: board meetings, website, apps, social media, graphic design, hard copy printing, and distribution in the UK and overseas.
The Operations Coordinator will be at the hub of our mission, working with the Executive Chair to provide biblical, evangelistic and disciple-making resources internationally, both through mission partners and online.
This role is part time with flexible hours, working from home. Location will ideally be in the UK and accessible to West Sussex and Surrey (to facilitate in-person attendance at meetings when appropriate). For parents of school age children, the holiday periods can be made less intensive by agreement.
Support for this post will be agreed with the successful candidate, but may include self-funding, mission agency support or through BeaconLight.
The nature and context of this role means that the person appointed will need to be a committed, practicing Christian, passionate about biblical truth and our ministry.
