National Director

BCM Ireland is looking for a National Director to lead the Ministry into a new phase of development.

Who we are:

Bible Centred Ministries Ireland is part of a global non-denominational ministry dedicated to reaching children and strengthening the church worldwide. Since 1965 we have been leading Children’s Bible Clubs, Camps and Teacher-training across Ireland.  In 2010, we purchased our camp and conference centre, Castledaly Manor, for the use of the church throughout Ireland.

Job Details:

Full-time, permanent

The National Director is responsible for

• Leading the team of missionaries, staff and volunteers.
• Strategic development of the ministry.
• Representing the mission.
• Operational management of the organisation.

Personal qualifications:

• You are in close relationship with the Lord.
• You desire to see others grow in their relationship with the Lord.
• You have leadership gifts and experience in Christian ministry, to both effectively develop ministry and wisely shepherd the team.
• You are passionate about BCM’s vision of ‘reaching children and strengthening the church.’
