SEND Teacher/ Youth Project manager

Bright Futures 4 All

We’re seeking a committed and creative teacher with a strong foundation in SEN to be part of our founding team. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal stage, helping to shape the culture, curriculum, and learning environment of a organisation that puts pupils first.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond classroom teaching — to influence how things are done, work in a close-knit team, and grow professionally as we expand.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience teaching children with mild SEND, either in a mainstream or specialist setting.
  • Familiarity with GCSE and functional skills teaching
  • Experience with Pecs & Makaton would be a strong advantage.
  • Above all, a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent learners and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred education and advocacy.

Why Join Bright Futures 4 All?

  • Be part of a small team shaping an education movement from the ground up.
  • Join a values-driven, ambitious school with a strong commitment to research-led, compassionate practice.
  • Access to ongoing training and development, with real opportunities for internal progression as we grow.
  • Work in a beautiful, well-resourced setting, with sensory and therapeutic spaces designed to meet complex needs.
  • Enjoy a supportive and collaborative working environment, where staff wellbeing is prioritised.
