SEND Teacher/ Youth Project manager
We’re seeking a committed and creative teacher with a strong foundation in SEN to be part of our founding team. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal stage, helping to shape the culture, curriculum, and learning environment of a organisation that puts pupils first.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond classroom teaching — to influence how things are done, work in a close-knit team, and grow professionally as we expand.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching children with mild SEND, either in a mainstream or specialist setting.
- Familiarity with GCSE and functional skills teaching
- Experience with Pecs & Makaton would be a strong advantage.
- Above all, a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent learners and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred education and advocacy.
