Join our Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) team in Liberia, where you’ll manage everything from hangars and homes to vehicles and volunteers!
We are MAF, a Christian organisation that utilises aviation and technology to provide assistance and hope to underdeveloped communities around the world. Founded in 1945, MAF currently serves in 31 countries.
MAF's history reflects a strong commitment to serving some of the most remote and hard-to-reach communities in the world. MAF's 116 aircraft, provide vital transportation services to medical personnel, development workers, and aid organisations across the globe. The organisation also delivers Bibles, church materials, and other resources to communities with limited access to Christian teaching and worship services.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Property & Vehicle:
You’ll manage maintenance work for up to 10 houses, our hangar, and office spaces in Liberia—basically, you’re the one who keeps everything shipshape! From coordinating contractors to overseeing construction projects, you’ve got it covered. - Master of Tools & Standards:
Ensure all our tools and equipment are in tip-top shape, and that every piece of work meets local building codes. You’ll be the inspector extraordinaire, making sure contractors stay on track and everything meets your high-quality standards! - Resource & Budget:
Work with the Country Director to manage and monitor the annual maintenance budget—efficiency is your middle name! You’ll ensure resources are used wisely, approve necessary expenses, and set maintenance priorities. - Spiritual Team Player:
At MAF, we value not just what you do but how you do it. You’ll join us in our daily prayer meetings, lead or participate in spiritual sessions, and live out MAF’s mission and values. It’s all about building a community that’s as strong as the homes you maintain!

What You Bring:
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Building trade qualifications and licenses, including an electrical qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in your trade and 2 years managing building projects.
