Facilities Manager

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our Carroty Wood outdoor activity centre in Tonbridge, Kent. This includes the management of all buildings, grounds, equipment, catering, and facilities maintenance, as well as leading a dedicated team to deliver excellence, safety and service across the site.

As a key member of the Centre Leadership Team, you will play an active role in the life of the centre, helping to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment where guests can encounter God through adventure, hospitality and community. You will model Christian servant leadership and be able to clearly and respectfully communicate our ethos and values to staff, guests and stakeholders of all faiths and none.

Hours per week:         Full-time 37.5 hours per week (including some evening and weekend work)

Salary:                         £29,765 per annum plus £3,000 South East Weighting Allowance

Contract Term:           Permanent (subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references)

Location:                     Carroty Wood, Higham Lane, Tonbridge, Kent TN11 9QX
