Estate Team Leader / Community Member

As the Estate Team Leader, you will oversee the day to day running of our buildings, gardens and woodlands with the support of the Estate team and Scargill Working Friends (volunteers), as well as being involved as part of a community who offer hospitality. 

You need to have exceptional people skills to enable, encourage & motivate your team and to recognise their potential.  

It is desirable for candidates to have relevant qualifications/experience in at least one of these areas: - Buildings & maintenance, Gardens or Woodlands.

This is not a salaried position but you will receive accommodation including all bills, a wifi connection, meals and a monthly personal allowance
