Estate Team Leader
As primary part of your day-to-day role as Estate Team Leader, you will oversee the running of our buildings, gardens and woodlands with the support of the Estate team and Scargill volunteers.
You need to have exceptional people skills to enable, encourage & motivate your team and to recognise their potential.
Relevant experience is essential as well as a good level of computer literacy. The ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and written to people of all nationalities with English as their second language.
It is desirable for candidates to have relevant qualifications/experience in at least one of these areas: - Buildings & maintenance, Gardens or Woodlands.
