School Director

HAB in Central Asia

Purpose: To lead and administer all aspects of the school’s mission and core values, academic goals, and school related policies, and Internal Labor Policy. The Director is directly accountable to the Chairman of the Board Integrity International. The Director responsible to ensure that all aspects of the academic, administrative and student life teams’ function smoothly in accordance with school policies and Local laws.

Reporting: The Director reports to the Chairman of the board.

Accreditation: The Director works closely with accreditation agencies like NEASC and ACSI and collaborates with various departments to ensure accreditation standards are maintained. Director forms self-reflection committee and leads the teams annually with various departments in collaboration with the leadership team to gather and examine sufficient evidence to evaluate HAB’s alignment with the Standards.

Leadership: Lead and work closely with Principals, Academic Manager, Finance Manager, Human Resource Manager, Business Director, Special Need Coordinator, Guidance Department, Safeguarding Department and English as an Additional Language (EAL).

Qualifications:

- MA Education or equivalent like school administration, Bible, or Christian Leadership.

- 3-4 years of School Administrative experience.

a. As Director / Head of School

b. Classroom experience, with 3-5 years.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience and training as school administrator

- International and cross-cultural Christian service experience.

- Meets ACSI certification requirements.

- Sponsored by a recognized sending agency or willing to join a sending agency.
