Community transformation advisors

Church Mission Society

Our partners in Central and East Africa are looking for people with experience of setting up small businesses to come alongside communities and work together to explore and develop simple business models that work well in their context and which can help people out of poverty.

This role could involve working with local ministries such as the department of agriculture, building on their existing strengths and exploring creative and sustainable ways of income generation.

There are also opportunities to work specifically with women, creating opportunities for women in the community to start their own businesses and encouraging their leadership and ownership of women to lead these projects.

There is also the opportunity to work with young people to develop enterprise projects designed to benefit their community.
