We are actively seeking a Pastor whom God has chosen to lead us into the future and build upon the work already started. We are an evangelical, Bible based church on the Spanish Costa Blanca South.

We are members of the Assemblies of God Spain (F.A.D.E) and Groundlevel Network UK. Salt Church is a welcoming, growing, English-speaking church of many nationalities. As all services are held in English, it is essential then, that the candidate has a good command of the English language.

We are a congregation of over 150 with a strong foundation of nearly 40 years of ministry. In 2019 we purchased our own building, a warehouse, which we converted into a Church with a capacity for 400 plus. Our congregation comprises mainly retired, active people, with a growing younger element of working professionals. We have a vision for further growth and impact within our region.

We seek a dynamic visionary to lead us. Their giftings to include practical and relevant Bible based preaching and teaching, someone who is also a strong equipper and encourager.

• Salary range between 32,000 and 40,000 euros per annum.
• Salary sterling equivalent 26,240 and 32,800 pounds per annum.
• Help with re-location expenses would be made available to the successful candidate.
